Our stay at the resort was a mix of great views and frustrating moments. The ocean view room we booked was lovely but the service was underwhelming, especially when we were downgraded without proper compensation. Dining left much to be desired with bland food experiences, while the beach and activities were enjoyable. It’s a place I’d recommend for the scenery but not for the culinary experience.

I had a memorable stay at this resort over Christmas. The beach was lovely, and I enjoyed the great coral reef just off the shore. The breakfast buffet was ample, although the dining options could use more variety. I found the pool to be a bit crowded with children, but the overall amenities were quite nice. The staff was accommodating, yet there were times when their level of service felt just shy of exceptional.

My stay was somewhat of a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was fantastic with well-maintained amenities, and I had great experiences with the Chi Spa, which I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, the dining wasn't up to par with my expectations, particularly during breakfast, and I encountered some service hiccups at the buffet. Overall, it felt overpriced for the experience, as I expected much better quality from such a reputed hotel.
